RETURN REFUND POLICY 

Horse Pony Tack Deals is here to answer questions before you purchase.

We are a small business and will respond within 48 hours to your message.

All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us.

If you receive your item and decide it's not working for you, you can get a store credit or do an exchange.

If your item is received and it is defective you must notify us within 48 hours. Item must be returned within 7 days and we will issue you a store credit. 

Returns must be received in same new, unworn, unused, unwashed condition and must have the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER referenced. Items that do not meet criteria or are non-returnable will be denied and returned to you. We are not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return and we do not credit you for the original shipping charges. PROCESSING RETURNS for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE will happen within 5-7 business days after receipt of return. All items for store credit or exchange have a 25% restocking fee.
